Best practice Disconnecting from PC

To avoid data corruption when copying files to/from your DS-Xtreme it is recommended to use the "Safely Remove Device" system of unplugging your DS-Xtreme.

Option 1
Select the mounted DSX drive, and press Apple + E to eject the disk.

Option 2
Right-click on the mounted DSX drive, and select "Eject".

Drag the DSX drive icon to the Trash.

Option 4
Click the circular eject icon shown next to the DSX in any Finder window.
