While In-Game

Pause

Tap the thin dark grey bar at the bottom to force the game to pause. Also, you will have the option to use the d-pad to move the screen (since its slightly out of proportion to the nds screen).

Saving

In Jenesis you may have up to two saves per game. Tap either the 'I', or the 'II' to save or load respectively from either slot.

[edit] Common Problems and Known Issues

Although most games run very playable, there are some Sonic 2 hacks that have been reported where they were virtually unplayable for example, when playing the Sonic 2 hack Tohaku, once players reach the second zone they will notice random items are invisible and that graphics become prone to glitches. The Sonic 2 hack of Knuckles has the same issue.

  • Strider 2 - game runs but you do not take or give any damage.
