Wiki updated and changes

Good news anybody!

I've just updated the Wiki software and done a bit of a tidy up.

All the unused extensions, skins and hacks have been dropped (included the rating stars...a bug in the code caused all votes to average at 3/5 stars). I'll remove the ratings code over the next couple of days.

If you notice anything else broken, drop me a message here.

Homebrew Directory moved

I've repointed the "Homebrew Directory" link to an semi automated page that should make keeping it up to day simpler.
